Approval, Returns & Rush Services
All services and correspondence are managed via email. Please put your email in the "add a note" section of your cart. Please email the assignment along with your order number to info@wyncares.com All services have a standard turnaround time of one week.
Approvals:
Please note that all projects require approval, typically completed within 1-2 days. Approval process does not begin until an email of the requested assignment has been received. You will be notified via email when assignment has been received and approval process has begun. The approval period is not included in the turnaround time.
Returns:
If a project is not able to be approved, a full refund will be issued.

Rush Services:
Expedited delivery options are available for all services, although not guaranteed, and a fee applies for rush services. The rush service fee is $10-15 depending on the requested due date
